Can you recommend a prime lens for my Nikon D60?

I have a nikon D60 and need a compatible prime lens that will work with the auto focus. What do you recommend? I see some lenses on the nikon website but I don’t know if they’re compatible. I see that Nikkor has AF and AF-S lens. What is the difference? Does the camera auto focus of does the lens? Or both?

Is 105mm the best macro lens for Nikon D80? Does it matter if its not capable of AF?

I just found out that my nikon d80 is not capable of the auto focus using a macro lens 105mm. Is this a big deal, should I go with a different macro lens or do most people use manual focus while taking macro shots?

i have a olympus e 410 and want a high zoom lens but want to buy a nikon or canon lens to avoid?

the high costs of zuiko lenses. are there any adapters that go from the 4/3 e series Olympus body to an auto focus canon or nikon lens. and with the adapter can i still use auto focus.
